Quick Book

Quick Books is user-friendly, simple accounting software that tracks business income and expenses and organizes financial information for you, eliminating manual data entry.

1.       Click on settings à Quick books:

 2.       The list of location will be listed on which quick books need to be added:

3. Enter the appropriate location API key and secret key (Which will be provided by Quick Books during registration time) and click on connect:

4. On entering details, you can see it is connected:

5. Click on view details to check for how to access:

6. Select the organization you want to sync with Quick Books and click on Get Organization details:

7. Under invoice payment search: click on sync first, click on the start and end date of the information required, and click on search; the list will appear as below:

8. Under Map Quick books, we can turn on and off features like what are the expenses we made, for example, Automobile, Fuel, and Advertising likewise:

9. When you want to disconnect out of Quick books for a particular location, Click on disconnect and enter the details:
