Appointment settings

Under appointment settings, we are going to see Missed reason, Cancelled reason, Appointment type and Treatment room:

Missed reason:

Missed reasons are nothing, but we can add up a reason for the missed appointment, such as work, sickness, transport issues, family emergencies, etc.

1. Click on appointment settings à Missed reason, à add missed reason:

2. Type the missed reason name and select the Location for which it needs to be updated:

3. Click on save to save the data on the list to appear:

4. We can also make the reason active or inactive using the active state button in the right corner:

Cancelled reason

Cancelled reasons are nothing, but we can add a reason for the cancelled appointment, such as why the appointment has been cancelled due to work, sick internet issues or from the patient end, etc.

1. Click on appointment settings -> cancelled reason, -> add cancelled reason:

2. Update the reason name and click on Apply to Location to add the reason to all locations:

3. Click on Save to save the details:

4. We can set the Status of the reason as Active or Inactive using the toggle button with Active Inactive Status in the right corner:

Appointment Type:

Under appointment type, we can add up what type of appointment we are generating, such as follow-up, initial, referral, etc.,

1. Click on appointment settings -> appointment type -> add appointment type:

2. Enter the appointment type name and select location details:

3. Finally, click on Save to save the details to be added to the list:

4. We can also make the reason active or inactive using the active state button in the right corner:

Add Treatment room:

                After confirming the appointments, the patients are sent to the treatment room, such as the scan room, OP room, ECG room, etc.

1. Click on appointment settings -> Treatment room -> Add treatment room:

2. Enter the treatment room name details and Location to be selected for adding the treatment room:

3. Click on Save to save the details to be updated on the list:

4. We can also make the room active or inactive using the active state button on the right corner:
