Add patient

To view patient information, add a patient, or edit patient details, please click on patients icon on the left side menu:

Click on Add patients in the top right corner to add a new patient :

Once clicked on add patients: You need to enter the personal information of the patient:

Scroll down to add patient clinical details here, like practitioner, the reason the patient is  coming to us, and patient location:

Under patient classification, if a patient contacts us for a new classification other than listed, like podiatry, psychology, or general, we can add a new item by just typing the classification name, and you will have the add new item button as shown below:

Click on save to save the patient details, and it will listed on the active patient list:

To update the medical condition of the patient like what is the patient’s issue, any allergies to medicines, and previous medication, please click on medical condition :

To update patient employment details like occupation and business details, please click on the employer details tab:

Under the designation, if the patient’s occupation is not mentioned, you can type it and click on add a new item to add it to the list:

To add new employer details, you can click on + near employer details:

Under marketing details, you can add how the patient has been referred to us (the source patient came to us like newspaper, email, personal referral ) and also the patient’s communication preference for email and SMS:

To add patient bank account details: Please select billing details and choose the concession option and pensioner if eligible for a concession or choose standard and add patient bank account details:

When you need to add the insurance details of the patient, you can use health fund details:

Click on Add New Fund to update insurance details:

Once you have all the basic information about the patient, you can click on save to Save it.

If you want to delete details, at the end of the page near save, you can delete the information.

To view the current patient list and inactive patient list, you can choose the option on the patient screen:
