Add patient

To view patient information, add a patient, or edit patient details, please click on patients icon on the left side menu:

Add patient:

Click on Add patients in the top right corner to add a new patient :

Once clicked on add patients: Enter the patient’s personal information:

Patient clinical details:

Scroll down to add the patient’s clinical details, such as the practitioner, reason for visit, and location:

Under patient classification, if a patient requires a classification not listed (e.g., podiatry, psychology, general), type the classification name and click ‘Add New Item’ as shown below:

Click on save to save the patient details, and it will listed on the active patient list:

Add Medical condition:

To update the patient’s medical condition, including issues, medication allergies, and previous medications, click on ‘Medical Condition’:

Add Employment details:

To update the patient’s employment details, such as occupation and employer information, click on the ‘Employer Details’ tab:

If the patient’s occupation is not listed under ‘Designation,’ type it and click ‘Add New Item’ to include it:

To add new employer details, click the ‘+’ icon near ‘Employer Details’:

Add Marketing details:

Under ‘Marketing Details,’ specify how the patient was referred (e.g., newspaper, email, personal referral) and their communication preferences for email and SMS:

Add bank details:

To add the patient’s bank account details: Select ‘Billing Details,’ choose ‘Concession’ and ‘Pensioner’ if applicable, or select ‘Standard,’ then enter the bank account information:

Add Insurance details:

To add the patient’s insurance details, use the ‘Health Fund Details’ section:

Click ‘Add New Fund’ to enter insurance information:

After entering all the patient’s information, click ‘Save’ to store the details.

Delete patient details:

To delete the patient’s information, click ‘Delete’ at the bottom of the page near ‘Save’.

To view active and inactive patient lists, select the appropriate option on the patient screen:
