Step 1 : Dashboard → Communications
Bulk email:
When we offer bulk emails for appointments, greetings or wishes can be sent from here. You can choose the category under which you are sending an email.
Once done, please click send to email the patient or multiple contacts.
Bulk SMS:
When we offer bulk SMS for appointments, greetings or wishes can be sent here. You can choose the category under which you are sending an SMS.
You can choose categories and tags specifically when sending SMS to patients or multiple contacts.
Campaign:
You can click on Create Campaign to create a new campaign: You can choose either SMS or Email
Once done click on save.
List:
Under the list, you can choose a list of patients under different categories, like Medicare and Hicaps, based on location and DOB. You can create a list using the filter option.
Once the list is selected, you can send them bulk emails or SMS, choosing under a subject.
Choose a filter and click on apply; the list will appear on the left side. Click on Create to create the list:
