Merge patient

To view, add, or edit patient information, click on the ‘Patients’ icon in the left-side menu:

If duplicate records exist for a single patient, you can merge them to consolidate information without deletion. Click on the ‘Merge Patient’ option in the top-right corner as shown below:

After clicking, enter the information for both the original and duplicate patient records:

Then, click on the ‘Merge Patient’ button at the bottom-right corner as shown below:
