Patient Settings
Under Patient settings, we can see Document type, Concession, and Marketing referral sources.
Document type:
Adding a patient document type here is a straightforward process, empowering you to upload for future reference with ease:
1. Click on Tools -> Patient settings -> Document type -> Add document type :
2. Fill up the details such as document type name and the Location for it to be added:
3. Click on Save to add the new document type to the list. This will allow you to select this document type when uploading patient documents in the future.
4. You have the flexibility to keep the status of the document type as active or inactive, giving you full control over its use. Simply click the toggle button in the right corner of the page:
Concession:
Here, we can add the list of concession types we can offer patients. For example, we can add Students, Children, Senior citizens, etc.,
1. Click on Tools -> Patient settings -> Concession, -> add concession type:
2. Enter the concession type name and add the Location to which it needs to be updated:
3. Click on the Save button to save the details and to get it to appear on the list:
4. We can keep the status of the concession type as active or inactive by clicking the toggle button for it on the right corner of the page:
Marketing Referral Source:
The marketing referral source is where we can add the details of where the patients have been referred, such as the Internet, newspapers, other doctors, etc.
1. Click on Tools -> patient Settings -> Marketing Referral Source, -> Add Marketing Referral Source:
2. Fill up the Name of the referral source and Location in it to be updated:
3. Click on Save to save the details to the list:
4. We can keep the status of the Marketing referral source type as active or inactive by clicking the toggle button for it on the right corner of the page:
