Settings

Settings -> dashboard -> settings:

Under settings:

Personalization: Patient ID:

The patient ID prefix starts with 001 and continues, when a new patient is added automatically, the ID will be generated as per the previous patient ID.

Invoice id:

The invoice number starts with (1) and increases one by one when a new invoice is created.

Payment id:

The payment ID will be created based on the last saved prefix, suffix, and starting number for all future transactions. The patient ID of past transactions will remain intact.

Communication:

SMS account set up – yet to develop

SMS history – yet to develop

Sms settings:

SMS subscription:

We can deactivate or activate SMS subscriptions, and all SMS sent with options will receive patient replies. You can also view your credit balance here.

SMS credit running low:

When SMS credit runs low, we can set an option for making it auto-credit or manually credit SMS using the add credit option. We can also receive an email alert when SMS credits is low and all options have been turned on and off.  we can set it according to our convenience.

And save settings finally to set up SMS settings.

Email settings:

We can enable this option and set a name and our office email address, where when a reply from the patient has been sent, it will be automatically replied to the office email address updated on the account settings. Once details are added, click on save to save the settings.

Hence, Email and SMS communication settings can be set up for reminders, appointment reminders, and payment reminders.

Template settings:

SMS template:

You can add an SMS template here on this page:

We can create a template for each option, like wishes, appointments, payments, and recovery.

And click save on it to save templates.

Email template:

You can set the Email template as active or inactive and you can add template from here:

Add email template:

You can set a template for emails like wishes, appointments, and payments, add a set of patients, and create a list. And click on save to add and create it.

Letter Template:

You can create user-friendly Templates to save time while drafting Letters for patients. Templates can be personalized as per the letter we are sending to patients.

Create a formal template and click save to save it. We can create multiple formats.

Treatment notes template:

Template library:

We can create templates for various departments, and we can even add new templates or new departments. We can select a department and add a template for each of them.

If we want, we can a department if it is not on the list.

Click on Add Template, and you can directly add a template to it without choosing the appropriate department,

Invoice template:

We can add a template for the invoice in the appropriate format.

Click on Add Template to add a new template format for the invoice. Once added, click on save to save the format.

Intake forms template:

Yet to develop.
