Staff details

To add a staff, click on staff on the left menu and click on the Add Staff button. Here, adding a staff as a practitioner:

Once you click on the “Add staff” option, you will land on a page; we need to upload a photo of the staff and then choose the staff position.

Then please add the staff’s email address (mandatory field) and phone number. Please enter the personal information of the staff as well.

Once you have entered all personal information, please check for status and access allowed:

Once all details are added, click on the Next option. Over the next page, we need to add roles and location information:

Once we select the role as a practitioner, we need to add the practitioner speciality and their provider number:

Once done with adding practitioner information, please click on next:

On this page, we will configure the Practitioner information:

For double booking

For scheduling

Chose an appointment color

And treatment notes privacy: once updating it all please click on next.

On this page, we are going to add a digital signature:

 

Biography and some of the career and family details, if we prefer to add (not mandatory)

Once clicked on save, it will ask to set a schedule for the practitioner:

Click on Sydney Schedule to add a schedule to the practitioner:

Click on the three dots near practitioner, and set add to scheduler:

Scheduling options will be opened, and you can add a schedule to the practitioner.

To add a new staff member as a receptionist, follow these steps:

On the first page, we will be adding all personal information.

On the second page, we will be adding only location, role and scheduler access.

Click on next once done.
